Kitchen Joinery & Elevations_

Joinery drawings for the kitchen revamp
this drawing needs alot of attention and fine tuning, considering every element as important as the rest
here more dimensions are needed for better precision, every space around the joinery within the kitchen needs to be acknowledged.
heights between, below and above all round

all schedules carried out once all design work was finalised and approved council drawings were then rounded up

 B.I.C Joinery_

_All B.I.C was added to to loft bedroom which can be seen in the plan as to layout_

_A custom Steel Spiral Staircase was added to lounge_
designed by the architect/owner, was an innovative and brave approach to an unconventional application of  a spiral  staircase design
considering all aspects of a traditonal spiral stairs were ripped apart
all together only two, beginning and final baluster is used, clearly indicating the courageous appraochto which which any good design adds itself to.

_Stairs were modelled up in Revit and then exported to a rendering program for presentation purposes_

_Revamp of Turfhall Stadium for the Softball Womens Junior World Champs to held in South Africa in December this year, a final presentation was needed for the client to present these upgrades to the International Softball Federation_

this was but a fraction of a proposal for an army base in walmansdahl, this drawing here shows a 2 bed-walkup
upon submission, all neccessary items include undimesioned drawings, but merely indicating heights/levels, within this drawing, a plan indicating function of space, a few elevations.
this unit was designed by the architect, and put into a final presentation

still part of the walmansdahl presentation packag was a freestanding unit of a bedrooms, lounge, kitchen and bathroom
also consisting of a plan and a few elevations, with no technical drawings required and becoming another part to the final presentation

this is part of another propossal to become part a final presentation, a medi clinic was the proposal, seen here are a few perspectives for the proposal, no site was allocated for this project, but recently talks of a site in stellenbosch have come to mind

my job in this project was to put this site together with, with the setting out of an array of sports fields and remodelling a few stands, this was part of a phase two, to phillipi stadium upgrade.
within the proposal, a gym, 2 soccer fields, a rugby field, 2 tennis courts were added on aswel as 2 extra stands at east and west ends of the stadium
